Your site rarely changes and you are happy to arrange hosting yourself. You own the site either way.

Your prices, hours or menu change through the year, you would rather send a message than learn a website editor, or you want one place to go if something breaks.
What it does not cover
New pages, redesigns and custom features. We quote those separately and up front, before any work starts, so the monthly bill never grows on its own. Your domain stays registered in your name, and its yearly renewal is paid to your registrar, not to us.
